Girly Pink Gradient!

I am not the kind of girl that wears pink, it's not that I don't like it, I just don't care for it, it's one of those colours that have no interest to me. Despite that, last monday I found myself staring at this matte pink I had since Christmas, but had never felt like using it, so I thought "why not?" and gave it a go. It turned out to be really cute, and pretty good for nail polish bought at the chinese store! Spanish brand though :P

So I started off with this:

but after a bit looking at my fingers  I felt like it needed something more, so I decided it was time to try a gradient with 2 colours for the first time (my first one only involved glitter, nothing else), and came to the conclusion that my new Orly would be a perfect match for it. And so the sponging began!
It was easier than what I thought it would be and the colours blended so well together. I finished it using my Gosh matte top coat, but in the pictures you can still see the reflection of the light, even though it didn't shine at all.

Here's the final result:

I was really proud of it, I think I did good for a first time, don't you agree? :P

Here's some pictures of the polishes I used to get this, Yesensy #36 Matte and Orly Rock It:

Unfortunately, it didn't last for long...not because it chipped or the tipwear was unbeareble, nope...I just got tired of the pink and by thursday night I couldn't stand to look at it anymore. I'm really not a pink girl...
