I used 2 coats of my favourite black (Andreia 19, just because it's so easy to clean up), and dabbed Elle's Spell on my tips, with the exception of my ring finger that shows 2 coats of it over the black. Once again, I finished it all with Kiko's matte top coat. I just love me some matte flakies! :P
This is very pretty. I finally got me a bottle of Elle's Spell from Evilbay.
